Anxiety and Pregnancy
You thought pregnancy would be the happiest time of your life, instead your thoughts keep spiraling about what ifs? What if their is something wrong with the baby, what if you’re not cut out for parenting, what if you do not know what to do when they are born? You have always been a worrier but it has gotten worse since you became pregnant. You thought you would be okay but now you are worried that your worrying might impact the baby.
I can help.
It is common to worry about the baby in pregnancy, especially when you are a new mother. But when you are worrying about irrational thoughts you may need help.
I can help you identify, challenge and replace your negative thinking with cognitive behavioral therapy. I can also work with you to create your own tool box of coping skills to use now and when baby is born. You do not need to feel that anxiety is controlling you. If you are ready to take the next step contact Julie at Kull Counseling to hear about how I can help at 608.239.4807 or firstname.lastname@example.org. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we are a good fit. If we are not a good fit I will help you find a therapist that is.
