Cognitive behavioral therapy is a type of talk therapy that focuses on identifying feelings, thoughts, negative patterns and challenging and replacing those thoughts and negative patterns. I also use a holistic approach because we know that diet, exercise, sleep and self care all impact how mom is doing.
